Bailiffs/Enforcement Officers

Many enforcement agents mistakenly believe they have more authority than they actually do.

They might claim they can enter your home and seize your belongings using a Warrant of Control, but this is entirely false. A Warrant of Control does not grant them the right to force entry—it only allows them to take control of goods if they gain lawful access, which requires your permission.

Since you would never grant this, they cannot legally enter. To forcibly enter your home, they would need a Warrant of Entry, which is typically issued to utility companies in cases of serious risk, such as a gas leak, or to the police under specific legal circumstances.

These individuals often rely on intimidation, sometimes presenting fake documents on an iPad that resemble official warrants.

However, these are not genuine court-issued documents, as a real warrant would always be properly signed and authorized—something they simply do not have.

I apologies if the following information feels overwhelming—I completely understand. However, my goal is to equip you with the necessary resources to help you better recognize the deception and to better handle bailiffs more confidently.
