More Information on EFDC, their staff and their finances

I think the image below says it all.

If the information presented on this site isn't enough to convince you of the fraud councils are committing, then perhaps knowing where your money is actually going and I can tell you it is not where you think or where is should be will be enough for you to at least start to question a few things.

And it isn't just EFDC their is also Epping Parish and Town Council and County Council.

I was dealing with chief executive Georgina Blackmore but as of 2023 she has been very quiet.

Whilst investigating the salaries of the staff I come across the information that Georgina had stepped down due to ongoing health issues, I am sure she was inundated with letters and Notices and is now fully aware that we are aware of her involvement in the deep fraud and deception, not only was Georgina receiving a salary of approx. £185,887 in 2003/4 an increase of £17,925 the previous year, not bad] also up to £5,ooo performance payment.

Georgina will not only vacate her board positions in the council but also her involvement with the wholly-owned companies of EFDC, TVS and Qualis. [Wait to you hear about these] And I bet she has a very good sickness package that we the people are paying for.

Now Georgina may be under the misconception that she is now not subject to what is coming for her but I can assure you with what is going on in the background the woman :georgina: will be held personally liable for fraud, waste and abuse of her duties to the people.

She must and will be accountable for all her actions when real justice can be served through The Rule of Law.

As of 1st April 2023 the lowest salary paid to a member of staff was grad A is over £20,000.00.

Epping Forest District Council's expenditures encompass a variety of projects and services aimed at enhancing the community. For the fiscal year 2025/26, the council has outlined a balanced budget focusing on key public services. Notable allocations include:eppingforestdc.gov.uk

  • Housing Initiatives: A substantial investment of £185 million is designated for housing projects, encompassing the construction of new homes and the refurbishment of existing council properties. Essex Live

  •

  • Leisure and Infrastructure: The budget includes funding for the development of a new leisure center in Epping and the construction of a control tower at North Weald Airfield. eppingforestdc.gov.uk

  •

  • Affordable Housing: Plans are in place to deliver 85 new council housing units and 66 affordable housing units, addressing the need for accessible housing options. eppingforestdc.gov.uk

Despite these investments, the council faces financial challenges, including a reported budget gap of approximately £4.2 million due to rising inflation and reduced government funding.

To address this shortfall, the council is considering measures such as reducing funding for certain services and increasing council tax by £5 for a Band D property.

Epping Forest Council has experienced a “sea change” in its investment strategy following the £88.2m sale of a council-owned airfield.

In a treasury management outturn report, the authority outlined a “significant increase” in investments between April 2023 to March 2024 “for the first time in several years”, with total investments rising from £14.1m to £43.9m. Find out more here
